New system NEM 018:
total opening and visibility with front uprights.

Continuing in the research of innovative solutions that respond to the currently market needs, arises the brand new system NEM 018.
For certain characteristics similar to the system NEM 016, the new model 018 differs from that one in a key feature: the structure in front uprights.

Designed to be installed with uprights both brand NEM that produced by our Customers, the system 018 can be easily installed directly at the counter due to the preparation for fixing to the side panels, thus ensuring total visibility, high aesthetics impact and functionality.
Thanks to its versatility and its minimalist design, the system NEM 018 well suited to any type of counter: pastry shop, ice cream shop, butcher’s shop, supermarkets but also non-food.

The system 018, such as the 016, was born as overstructure on which to apply the new R20 glass, single glass of 6 or 8 mm with curving radius of 20mm fitting with horizontal support, free from distortions and refractions. No additional working is necessary for the front glass, not even notches being necessary in proximity of the clamps. This system, unlike the 016, do not require the installation of top supports, which are in fact replaced by the top of the glass R20, with a very modern and aesthetic effect and impact.

Thanks to the 120° opening of the front glass and to the system of gas springs that maintain control throughout the handling of the glass (both in opening and closing), thus avoiding the possibility of a crash of the front glass, cleaning and loading/unloading of products are carried out in complete safety and technical reliability, although maintaining the overall design of the product. Gas springs are fully inserted within the lateral cases, thus preventing any contact with the products on display.

The system 018 is proposed in silver finish or brill and the standard length of the side boxes (386,5mm) is customizable starting from a minimum length of 286,5mm. Also developments of lateral cases above the standard measure are possible (minimum quantities to be agreed).

Thanks to the pre-assembled components, the system 018 is easy to manage both for orders, for warehouse and for installation by our Customers.
